EQUIPMENT
We run just the basic equipment on the clay birds with a light weight single barrel 12 gauge shot gun for the smaller people and a under and over double barrel 12 gauge shot gun for those that think they are up to shooting doubles. we don't use or let anyone use semi auto shotguns here
all the shells are 28 gram low recoil the same as use in most gun clubs around NZ
OVERVIEW
the clay-bird shooting at AE Fun Park has been set up to provide for the beginner shooter that would normally not get to handle a real gun the perfect way to experience using a shotgun without all the hassle of getting a firearms licence or owning a gun. with the targets thrown directly away from the shooter rather that across the shooting field to make it easier to hit the targets first shot and of course a lot more fun and less embarrassment than hitting nothing all day. This is also a very good gentlemanly work do activity and a way to learn who not to piss off at work
